Dr. Mork followed up as he said he would and everything turned out exactly the way I expected. The results were better than I expected as well. I would refer anyone that has back pain.

Dr. Mork has cared for my health in a sincere and compassionate way. He called (personally) to see how I am doing, talked at length with a family member to explain to them his approach, techniques, and after-care. He even gave them his personal cell phone number to put them at ease over the weekend during my recovery. Dr. Mork is a gifted surgeon and well respected by the O.R. team. As I was was being prepped for surgery 2 different nurses told me that if they ever need this surgery, Dr. Mork would be the only Doctor they would go to! That in it of itself was all the reassurance I needed!

Dr. Mork and his clinic did surgery on me in 2004 for lumbar spinal disc disease and on my wife in 2008 for cervical disc disease. We have both had excellent outcomes and have been asymptomatic ever since the respective surgeries, that were a breeze. Excellent surgeon and we would highly recommend to any family member or friend even if they had to fly to see him. Dr. Jim H, DVM

Well worth the money. My leg pain is gone and I m satisfied. Everyone wanted to fuse my back but I didn't want that. The incision is so small that I can nearly see it in the mirror. He's fantastic

i have been to microspine for four different problems, all dealing with spinal pain. i am pain free now. i would go no where else for spine surgery. i know it costs out of pocket but it is well worth it to me. i wish i had never had a spinal fusion done at another facility in 1995 but instead had waited for Microspine to be up and running. My last time down was in August of 2010. It could not have gone better. I was in intense pain for two months; as soon as Dr. Mork began his surgery the pain was abated. Now as i said before, i am pain free.

My first operation (left side) was a breeze; I got up from the stretcher after the surgery and walked PAINFREE to the bathroom for the first time in a year. The second operation (5 months later) was just as wonderful - I opted to go "out of pocket" because I investigated this group before going there and I was satisfied with what I heard. I am now completely painfree (and have been since my operations) and I recommend Microspine whole heartedly. I don't understand anyone's complaint about Dr. Mork - I am willing to bet that he and the entire group would bend over backwards to help the patient. Because I went to Microspine I incurred more of the cost but BCBS was fair - it was worth the money. I am now walking without a cane.

After being approved for surgery during Microspine's 'diagnosic phase', I came in for 'mapping' During the mapping they blocked a nerve to my shattered disc and for the first time in a year, I had no pain. Dr. Mork came in to consult with me for the first time (I had seen MicroSpine's other physicians up to that point) and he indicated that he would not be performing the operation because "(I) would need more than one procedure" and performing multiple operations "would be expensive" and I should "go back to Arizona where (I) would have better access to free care." My daughter begged him to go through with the procedure WE PAID FOR and he said no, repeatedly. MicroSpine charged us $2,540 for the mapping - which we were fighting (Why should we pay for tests when, if I shouldn't have been a candidate at all - they should have determined in the beginning?) We filed w/the BBB and then they came back and charged an addtl $1,740 to our credit card to 'punish' us for speaking out. Be warned.
