Dr. Kessel is great but his schedule is usually booked. Today I was unfortunate enough to meet his incompentent P.A. Not only did she give me erroneous and limited information about my condition (I talked to other doctors about it) but she was very discourteous, unjustifiably pompous and detachedly cold. She obviously cared more about herself than establishing rapport.

I went to see Dr. Kessel, I requested him because I had heard good things about him. I found him to be snide and dismissive. He did not listen to my concerns and was apathetic. I left this his office feeling terrible about my situation and I am certain that I wasted my time and money on this visit. I will never be going back.

I have been to Dr. Kessel twice in about ten years. His staff is always short with you, expect to wait until you forgot why you came, know you will get to see the Trentonian article pronouncing he is God's gift to the world, don't expect a warm and fuzzy feeling or that you are anything more than another body passing through. My wife recently got an appointment after a months wait. When she got there they were so overbooked she sat for 2 hours before being seen. I had an appointment after waiting over a month last month. When I went to give them my insurance card I found I lost my wallet. I tried to tell the receptionist and she didn't want to be bothered. I asked if they would let me keep the appointment since they had my referral and I would come back that day with the money. Got a fast NO to that and was told to rebook. Money is king in this office so don't have something serious wrong because there is no compassion.

Have been to Dr. Kessel several times and gave him a few chances and each time, he gets progressively worse. Horrible, don't waste your time on this guy. Don't know how he has a degree, seriously. Doesn't diagnose nor give you explanations of what's going on. He talks down to his patients and is just plain rude. Waited in his office for 2 hours previously for him before an apt. and he didn't even apologize for the wait. His nurse pratcitioners, especially Dr. Jennifer Morris is much more competent than he is and will spend time talking and educating you on your symptoms. Please don't waste your time or money on this guy. Not. Worth. It. !! Dr. Jennifer Morris is one of the best dermatologists I've been to. She takes time with you in the office, educates you on what your symptoms are, why they are occuring and follows up with you. She is compassionate, friendly and really cares about her patients.

I could not agree with the person more that said he was a money making profit machine. They told me the same thing "I could be seen by the "assistant" who lacked enough sense to remove a mole that left a scar as big as a gun shot wound as someone mentioned before. I would say avoid at ALL COSTS and go to a doctor that will actually see there and help you. There are doctors out there that are not just trying to make a profit and since this practice continues to post "positive" reviews, it is obvious they have something "negative" to hide and that is clear to see...my advice is to STAY FAR AWAY!!

Whoever said that Dr. Kessel was in practice just for the money, doesnt know what they're talking about. I recently had an appointment and after giving me an exam, he found a spot on my back that he said could "potentionally" be very dangerous. I have no insurance and told him that I could not afford to have a procedure done. He drastically reduced his fee because he said the spot "really should come off". His Medical Assistant even told me that they could get the laboratory to reduce their fee also. The 2 of them talked to me during the procedure to keep me calm. They had a very good repore and worked very well together to make me feel comfortable. I found them to be very professional, yet very caring. Definately NOT in it just for the money. I would recommend them to anybody.
