I saw Dr. Haag-Rickert for ~4 years, during which time I had experiences that started as cold, but average, and quickly became uncomfortable, disrespectful, and frustrating. Dr. Haag-Rickert refused to do follow up, she/her staff would never call about test results or other concerns that occurred during appointments. Her bedside manner is horrendous, she is cold, she doesn't ask questions, and she doesn't care about addressing concerns or problems.

I had a problem, which resulted in her eventually (after multiple visits) scheduling me for a procedure that she improperly explained [ultrasound and internal ultrasound are very different]. After the procedure, she indicated that the information gained was useless, and after I reiterated the problem, she said it was the incorrect procedure and it never would have provided helpful info. I said I didn't want to pay for it and wanted to discuss it, but the staff sent me to collections instead, ruining my credit. They rarely called back.

I was referred back to my PCP because Dr. H-R was unwilling to assist me further. My PCP was appalled and confused - this was clearly a GYN issue.

Dr. Colette is an ok doctor. She seems to rush through the appointment now that i am pregnant. If i have any questions i am told to talk to the nurse. Also because Mercy is a religious hospital there are certain procedures they can not do. This is not told to you in advance. I am regretting going here now that i am pregnant
