Appointment rebooked 3 times. Heard the assistant talking about people in the other room when I was waiting for freezing. Not good for me to hear her talking about people while I was in next room. She did not return until dentist did and he barely spoke. Not happy with the dentist or his helper. This was my second visit and my last.

Great office and great staff. Girls are wondrful there. Had a cleaning and filling done. No problems at all. Dentist very gentle. Didnt feel the needle at all. In and out. Will definetly go back.

Been going to this dental office for the past couple of years. Just went for a check up and cleaning. All the staff in the office were very professional. The hygienist did a great job and the dentist was excellent. Will never go anywhere else.

Felt very nervous going in for a filling. Staff and assistant made me feel very good. Calming and helpful when i asked some questions. Dr. Frietag was very gental with giving a needle, i didnt feel a thing. Procedure was done quickly and i felt great.They are a small practice but i find it more personable. Overall great experience and im glad i choose Marshville Dental to go to. I will be back for a cleaning with the wonderfule hygenist.

The staff was very polite and inviting and my dental work was exceptional. The dentsist was very knowledgable and it was evident he had been practsing for many years. As I usually have to be frozen a number of times before getting a filling however, only one needle was required with Dr. Freitag. I would definately recommend this dentist to my friends in the Niagara region, as new patients are always welcome and are treated like family.

When I called and ask for an appointment I asked if they submitted my claim directly to my benefits company. The receptionist stated that it was no problem. However two weeks later there was a notice posted that all payments are now required up front. Then when I went back to have my daughter's cavity filled, she was a little upset (not crying and screaming) and the dentist told me to bring her back because he didn't want to listen to her. Obviously the next time she is going to be just upset!!! I will never go back nor recommend him!!

too quiet. assisstant did not speak not very helpfull. several of my appointments rescheduled to meet needs of dentist. not going back
