Dr. Awan has been my doctor for over 10 years. She is sweet , kind and very attentive. I had hives during the pandemic and sent her photos. She called me back the next day and sent my prescription to the pharmacy right away. Hives were gone by the end of 2 days.

I have been patient of Dr. Awan for over 12 years. Met my Doctor 1st time during a walk in visit to the clinic in 2010. My first experience was such that without a hesitation I transferred my medical file from another very experienced family physician in Toronto . I felt fortunate that Dr. Awan was able to accept me as a new paient at the time . Two years ago I moved quite far away from GTA, however, all my health needs have been met on the best level regardless of the distance . The office support staff performance has tremendously improved over the years as well, especially, during the pandemic. They both have been very helpful with scheduling over the phone & in- person appointments and in many ways I believe they have become more efficient & professional. I would like to express my utmost gratitude to Dr. Awan for many years of attention , understanding & great professionalism helping with my health care needs. Wishing entire Doctor's Practice team great health and happy another year ahead of us !

Dr Awan has been my doctor for quite a few years now and initially was quite happy. I understand that the pandemic has changed how things work but have been extremely disappointed lately. When I have a virtual appointment scheduled I expect to be speaking with the doctor not her receptionists. This has happened a few times so far but having a receptionist tell me that she spoke with the doctor about my symptoms and that they have faxed a prescription and blood work requisition to me is unacceptable. I didn’t even have an opportunity to ask any questions. Virtual appointments do not work in all situations and they must take this into account.

She has the most ignorant, unprofessional and lazy staff. You have to wait since there are always delays with appointments. Doctor herself is very kind and caring. She tries her best but she needs to dig a bit deeper in her diagnoses.

Dr. Awan has been my Dr since 2012 when I first moved to Richmond Hill. She has been one of the best Doctors I've had. She is caring, knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to your concerns. Does not rush to just prescribe medications and tries to get to root cause. One time, I was in real pain and she called me on her personal time (out of office time) to see how I was doing. She is going to be my Doctor for life as long as I'm in Richmond Hill!

She may be a caring person and knowledgeable doctor but her staff, those 2 idiots ruin everything that she does. And majority of people are complaining about them but they are still there.

My family of 4 has been her patient since 2011 ... and I have nothing but appreciation of her excpetional caring and advice throughout the years. Although she is fully booked all the time, she never rushed our appointment and always willing to listen patiently. As a patient, I am so thankful to have a primary family doctor like Dr. Awan that I can trust and count on 100%.
