Dr Mansman is so patient, kind and compassionate with my Special Needs son. I am so thankful that I found him.

This doctor seems to be all about how much money he can make from his customers. He does not care about his patients and treats his customers horrible. This is the second time I have encountered a bad experience with this office. This is the first and last time I have experienced an issue with the doctor who I then find out is the owner. This is probably the problem because he should not be working on anyone child if he is not a patient and concerned person. I will no longer use this smile frederick dentist or orthodontics due to this horrible doctor.

Robert Mansman's practice has always given me an impression that instead of taking care of my kids their main intention is how they can make money out of it. I can understand that they are there to do business but they are always full of greed which has made me very sensitive and uncomfortable. I cannot rely on them whether they are giving me the honest opinion or they are just trying to make more money.

Dr. Mansman is a pediatric dentist. He was great with my child. Our son has autism and requires some extra understanding. The entire staff worked with him to make sure he was comfortable.
