We found the staff to be very friendly, comforting and helpful. Dr. Soufi and the technicians are patient and explain everything with words and showing. The TV, glasses and other techniques they use to make the atmosphere calm and fun works like a charm! Thank you!

I could not agree with previous comment. I have been a patient of Dr.Ash at Medora Dental for almost 2 years. Bozena is warm and kind. She helped me a lot with my insurance questions and worked hard to get my dental work approved by insurance. Dr.Ash is very knowledgeable and caring.I highly recommend them to my family and friends.

Bozena the office manager is the reason I will not be coming back to this office. I found her to be rude and arrogant in any experience I have had with her. BOZENA work on being friendlier to the patients and don't brag about the office!

We switched our sons ages 7 and 10 to this office on a referral from a friend and it is was best decision. Our 7 year old has always been sedated for his dental procedures and after meeting Doctor Ash and Danielle both my 7 year and I were confident he could try doing procedures with out sedation. We booked a total of 7 appointments (my son has always gone to a specialized dentist due to his teeth) with the plan to ease him into the bigger procedures, the next day that changed and we had to move up his root canal! Yes, root canal to the first appointment due to extreme pain for my son. Danielle, the hygienist who he had a great first meeting with came and walked him through the procedure before introducing the hygienist who would be with him, AMAZING. Chantelle was wonderful with him during the procedure as was Dr. Ash who constantly talked to him about sugar bugs hiding. He did amazing! My son's new hero is Dr Ash and his team! I cannot say enough about how great this office is!

We were happy with the staff and how they worked to make our kids comfortable during the visit. The entire staff was incredibly attentive to them and worked so hard to ease their fears. We have happily switched from our previous dentist and will recommend to others.

Moved to this dentist because its closer to home. Office is very new and clean. Office and staff are knowledgable, helpful, polite and friendly and (so far) are focused on customer service/satisfaction. So far, I am one of those satisfied customers. If only my insurance company were half as helpful as this dentist and his staff. Where is ratemyinsurance.com?

I found the staff very friendly, willing to take the time to answer all my questions and I did not feel rushed or put off. I liked the way the assistant showed me and explained what the x-rays meant and answered any questions I had and I felt listened to in a genuine way both by staff and Dr. Soufi. I learned a lot about my teeth that I did not know before. The office environment was very warm and inviting and I would recommend this office to my family, friends and anyone asking for recommendations.
