Waited 6 months for a appointment. Got a 9.30 appointment. I could here her in the next room talking about her dogs for half a hour. Waited for 2 hours to talk to her. She isn't in a hurry to help.

After 3 times of sending in information and one year wasted. I have been advised she does not accept patients that smoke. Even though I have not smoked for 2 years now.

Her work was terrible, I had to see her twice to get everything fixed, (MMO) her work was still terrible, I’m out 10’s of thousands of dollars and I have to find a new doctor to fox everything she has done. She was super nice at the beginning but once I came back big happy she refused any sort of responsibility for the work she did and blamed everything on my body. Would not recommend to anyone! I’m heart broken I saved for many many years for this and it was a complete waste. Save yourself a lot of heart ache and find someone else.

Dr.Kurz was my toddlers surgeon. She wad fabulous! Walked us through everything and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend her!

I had a breast reduction. I am left with flab underneath my breasts and my Areola from one side
To the other is lopsided. Also, from going to a C from an F, my breasts are still lower and not lifted as high as I imagined.

I went in for a laser hair removal touch up on my cheeks. Had done 10 years ago at another place. The first touch up was on dec.5 2020 went perfect but the second treatment on Jan.4 2021 i was burned on my cheek and left with two blisters, now permanently scared. Reason for it she forgot to turn on cooling device. Like how can you call yourself a medical facility. This place is horrible i would recommend you do your research before you come here. I called a couple weeks ago about seeing what they can do, the receptionist said she would call back but never did. I would never go back there now anyways, but i jus wanted to share my experience.

I went to Dr. Kurz for my very first botox treatment. I waited for an hour in her office for my appointment, which set the tone for my visit. When I finally got to see her, she was very personable and knowledgeable. I liked the suggestions she gave for injection spots, but then she didn't do everything she said she was going to do. Toward the end of my appointment it felt like she was rushing through to because she was so late. When the injections were done she walked me out to the front desk to pay and before I could ask follow up questions she had walked away and was planning out the rest of her day with a colleague. I spoke with an acquaintance later that evening and was told Dr. Kurz charges double the cost per unit as other doctors. I wouldn't mind paying a higher price if I felt I was getting the best service/quality. Time will tell if I see any results, but I don't think I will ever go back to Azure or to Dr. Kurz.

i just had a breast aug done by christine kurz last month and i couldn't be happier with the results!. the placement and size are perfect, and very unnoticeable scars. Christine's staff was extremely kind and helpful , and kept in touch right from the start to the end and even followed up with me after the procedure. Christine has excellent bed side manners and she was very informative and made me feel comfortable in her hands. i would highly recommend her to anyone curious in plastic surgery!
