My appointment with Dr. Vaccarella was nothing but amazing. He was extrememly knowledgable and answered all my questions. He took time during the appointment to explain exactly what he was looking at (and for) and involved me throughout the entire process.

This doctor does not care about the health of his patients. I did not have all of the money for my copayment (I told them I would be in later in the week to pay it). They were extremely rude to me after that. They told me I had to discard the fresh pair of contact lenses they gave me in the office and throw them in the garbage and put my old contacts back in. It was truly humiliating. This man has no customer service skills and neither do his employees. Very unexperienced practice. You are better off going to a Walmart eye doctor.
