Karen helped make my first homebirth a wonderful experience. My first pregnancy was in the hospital and, well, it was awful. I had a lot of anger, frustration, guilt and grief over it, and she helped me to deal with it. She helped me form good eating habits during my pregnancy, answered all my questions, and I highly recommend her to other mothers!
