I almost ALWAYS have to wait more than two hours to be called to the examination room then another fifteen to thirty minutes til Dr Billington comes in to see me . Hes usually very nice and jovial , but he has the empathy of a copperhead snake . About eight years ago he told me I had lupus , as if he were telling me what time it was . No feeling whatsoever . During these eight years of severe depression over having a terminal disease he never did anything to treat me for it or yo refer me to a specialist . He told me I would have to make an appointment for myself . Try doing that ! Ain't gonna happen !! All he's done for me is to right prescriptions for my pain because of extensive neck and back injuries . I asked him once if some of the symptoms that I had were related to lupus . His reply was , in a smirky way , " Who told you that you have lupus ?' While he was holding my chart !!! I replied , " YOU DID !!!" I'm wondering how he could forget something so devastating !! Maybe it's time to retire , Doc .

I was contacted by an investigator with my insurance regarding payments Dr Billington's office charged me at the window and through the mail on a couple of instances. He wanted to know what amounts & dates I payed them. Luckily I made them all using a debit card & checks through the mail so that gave me a record to use as proof. The investigator wouldn't tell me what exactly they were looking into but it's so obvious that there's some fraud going on with the office personnel billing patients illegally.
It's pretty clear that the billing is fraudulent when the office women can never say what the charges are for other than for the visits. It looks like many patients are going to end up getting a whooooole lotta money back.
If the office girls ask me for another payment I will sue for making up false treatments and billing me for them. Kicking me out of his care will also be costly to them. Greedy. Just greedy.

×× WARNING ×× Maintain records of your payments to this Dr and charges made by this Dr to your insurance or Medicaid! This office has prior discrepancies under investigation for charging patients after also charging their insurance and/or government assistance programs. False charges for blood/lab tests that are never actually given are billed to patients and insurances.
If you are charged at the window when you check in, request a printout showing what the charges are for. Ask that the printout ALSO SHOWS HOW MUCH THEY CHARGED YOUR INSURANCE. Most of your charges have already been paid by your insurance or government assistance program. If there are ANY charges for tests or procedures that were never done, this is fraud. If you report this to your insurance and the State medical agency, you may be entitled to a reward. If a class action lawsuit from you and other patients occurs to have your false charges returned, you will receive special consideration as a Primary Litigant.
Do not pay any charges at the window of Dr Billington's office until you are shown what the charges are for!

He should replace his entire office staff with a more educated and professional crew to support him. One example, Employees were arguing about policies in front of patient and nurse asking patient to point out a mistake receptionist made in obtaining patient info is unprofessional. Your staff is a liability. Knowledgeable Doctor. Unorganized and unprofessional staff.

This doctor is the most MONEY HUNGRY, unprofessional doctor I have ever dealt with. As stated before, he schedules way too many patients in a day, so it takes hours just to see him. It doesn't matter if you're the 1st patient of the day! I had Medicaid at the time, yet they still charged me $30 for my written prescription! His staff is rife and they obviously didn't graduate high school. Billington is known in the Golden Triangle area as "the" shady dr thatll give pills to anyone. I saw him 4 years ago, but I just found this out in the past year. My friend gets adderall from him and she is 6 months pregnant. He never even noticed she had gained 30 lbs. If her baby is sick, I hope this idiot gets what he deserves.

This Doc and staff is horrible. My appointment was at 10:30am and didn't get back until 12:25pm. Then it took him 5 min's to say there wasn't anything wrong with me even I had a MRI that stated I have bulging and degeneration of several discs. I've been to a pain clinic and they seemed that it was bad enough. So also I've had headaces. Instead of asking questions he wanted me to fill something out at home and come back. He is horrible and rude. The staff isn't any better. NEVER GO TO THE SO CALLED DOCTOR. Wouldn't Do anything and got up and walked out in a 5 min time frame. I don't see how he is even a doctor
