Joann Yates and Avalon Midwives have been a huge blessing to me. She is extremely down to earth, knowledgeable, and confident in what she does. What the midwives bring to the table for pregnant women far surpasses what medical professionals bring in my opinion because they treat pregnancy as a natural process and you as a person not a patient with a condition. Also, after 2 years of being misdiagnosed by 3 different doctors, they were even able to determine and treat my thyroid disorder which I'm so thankful for!
