Dr. Coda seemed very knowledgeable and like she would be an advocate for any of her patients. She equipped me with any resources I needed and was helpful in trying to diagnose any problems I was having. My only issues were that once after the appointment was done I was left in the exam room waiting for 30 minutes where I eventually just walked out without anyone saying anything to me. Also, I had a scheduled appointment that I left work early to go to only to find that Dr. Coda was not in the office and my appointment had been cancelled without anyone calling me.

I have had 6 different children with different OB's. Dr. Coda is BY FAR the most caring, understanding, knowledgeable and helpful doctor I have EVER encountered.

Unnecessary appointments were scheduled with x-ray and local surgeon. Three physicians did not explain all options and risks involved in suggested biopsy. I had no idea how much pain, discomfort, and bruising I would experience. It has taken several months to recover. I had no idea that a 3 hours procedure could cost $8,000. This cost issue created a lot of stress. I still have sharp pains at the biopsy sight 9 months after the surgery. There were other issues with a separate appointment as well. I am looking for a different doctor at this time. There has been no legal action taken.

Excellent doctor! I drive half an hour to see her because she is the closest female GYN and it's worth it! There was a concern that I had breast cancer and she helped stay calm and keep things in perspective. The receptionist at the DeKalb office is really loud and talks negatively about patients. I notified Northeast OBGYN and the promised to address the issue. I felt that they heard my concerns.

I hate going to doctors, and found Dr. Coda by accident when I became very ill and went to the emergency room. I have never found a Doctor who I was so impressed with before her. She makes me feel so comfortable and so at ease when talking about uncomfortable things. She is very caring...and always remembers everything about me when I go...I recommend her highly!

I called NE OBGYN once I became pregnant with my first child and was given an appointment with Dr. Coda. I was throughly impressed with her bedside manner. She was very attentative to my high-risk pregnancy. Her staff (Nasif and Jen) were wonderful to me and very helpful throughout my whole pregnancy. Dr. Coda and her staff were always available to answer any questions that I had and always promptly returned my calls. I would highly recommend Dr. Coda to anyone who wanted a GYN who truly cares about her patients. I will continue to go to Dr. Coda for all of my future OB / GYN visits.

I was in need of finding an OB/GYN and heard that Dr. Coda was the only female OB in town. Thought I'd give her a try. The office staff is nice. Her assistant, Asifa, is very friendly and helpful (she gets 4 stars-- would have been 5, but there was one time she failed to call me when she said she would). Dr. Coda was fine. Bedside manner was neither horrible nor amazing. I'd say it was acceptable. I admit to a bit of ageism when I found out she was a few years younger than me (her DOB must be around 1981). For an annual exam, I would go continue to see her. For a pregnancy, my ageism would get the best of me and I would go to someone with more years of experience.I like that she has privileges at both Dekalb Hospital and Parkview. Unfortunately I did not feel an immediate connection, which is something that I think is quite beneficial in a doctor-patient relationship. However, I also didn't feel an immediate "I can never go back there again."
