Dr Powell has moved out of Family Medicine and into drug treatment.

Dr. Powell is the best doctor I have ever had (and I'm in my 50s). He has a wonderful manner and always makes you feel that he has all the time in the world to help you. He is extremely knowledgable and answers all questions and concerns.

This Physician is top notch, first rate. He is knowledgeable, understanding, caring, and friendly. He is a natural, so to speak, and is an expert in his field of practice. I have worked with many doctors in the past, and this Physician practices medicine as well as any Doctor I have ever seen in Austin. I was extremely impressed with his abilities and intelligence, and I am recommending him to the rest of my family. He is a man who can be implicitly trusted with one's precious health; he does his best, and beyond. He deserves higher marks than 5's. And just for the skeptical few, no, he is not a relative.
