I had a ankle surgery from Dr Beggs and he discussed with me what the surgery was going to be and took me into the OR himself. The follow up was good and informative.

While Dr. Beggs is quite abrupt in his manner, he was very direct and provided detailed information on my back problems, my options to address the problems and what the expected results of each option would be. He gave me a few days to think it over and let him know. I chose the spinal fusion option and from what other Drs have told me since he did excellent work. He came and saw me 2 days post surgery which did freak out the nursing staff as apparently he rarely does so in person, but he did tell me he came to let me know (sort of apologized) that he did hit some nerves pretty hard during the surgery and it may cause me some pain during healing. Considering I had been told by a couple of Drs I would likely not walk again due to my back being so badly damaged, I am walking today thanks to Dr. Beggs. In the 3 appointments I had with him at his office (2 pre-surgery, one post), I never waited longer than a few minutes to see him.

He screwed up a distal radius surgery on my wrist and tried to blame me for it . Ct scan showed he made a mess and another surgeon fixed it . Cost me 7 months of my life . Heard he’s a good back surgeon .

Dr. Beggs did my back surgery. Even thought there were some complications, none of them were the fault of the surgeon or staff. I found him to be straight to the point and gave you all the information I needed to determine if I wanted to do the surgery. He has always been pleasant and companionate.

I am booked for an extensive back surgery. Visiting Dr Beggs (4 times so far) has been pleasant each visit. My husband came with me last visit to discuss operation, and found him to the point and informative.

It took a very long time to get it to see him and even longer to get my surgery but it was mostly due to Covid. He was extremely helpful.

Doesn’t give you the time of day to ask any questions. Doesn’t explain the injury. Only talks to nurses about your child instead of you. Literally don’t even know what the injury is because he failed to mention it or explain. Didn’t even examine my kid.

Dr. Beggs was always prompt and his staff were helpful. I had complicated back surgery wish a few complications that were not his fault. He treated with dignity and always asked if I had questions. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Had a foot operation (first ever operation) due to.breakinf it and will forever be terrified of operations now! Kicked out of hospital with out proper pain management, tried to tell my husband he was verbally abusing me, and told him well he was making a kid a bottle that he has to see whites of his eyes insinuating he's on something. Didn't have room ready as he stated when we drove 3 hrs to didn't get any bedside manner for him I left not knowing anything then told comes back in 2 weeks he's call for main cast go on and be hold he's on vacation and didn't call to make apt before I'm honestly feeling like I went threw he'll!! He chased away my husband he didn't tell me anything about my foot I will never go for another operation unless I'm dying now cuz I'm way to scared now just the way we were treated he cut me off pain meds acting like I was drug addict keep in mind I'm farthest thing from that I don't drink or even smoke weed so not realloze I'm being tortured by paim and trying so I guess I should say
