Useless staff, can't answer simple questions; NEVER on time, ALWAYS late and they don't even tell you if the Doctor isn't even in the office yet, which happened often. And the doctor herself is not professional and doesn't listen. Stay away.

Absolutely the worst psychiatrist I’ve ever seen. He counseling staff is subpar and changing constantly. If you don’t have the same belief system (God) as she does she uses that against you. She also fabricates reason why she can’t be your doctor anymore, even after being a patient for 8+ years. When you try to get someone to elaborate on the letter severing connections no one will talk to you. Not the best move for a doctor to do when you are on meds that have withdrawal effects as well as me Atl health effects. My pharmacist has stated she will back me until in any claim that the doctor is trying to make. Now, in the midst of a deep depression I have to figure out how to find a doctor that will prescribe my current meds until a new plan of action is in place. She completely makes a person feel worthless, when you are already feeling low.

Our first meeting with Dr Babalakin was horrible, it has been almost a week since our appointment and I still get upset!! When my ext husband brought my son he was 20 mins late which I was very upset about, but when the doctor called us back first thing she did was address my 8 year old son and say " your late" I looked at her and said no he isn't late his father is. After several more comments from her about my son being late she said she would try to work something out to where we could have a whole session. After speaking with my son for an all of 30 seconds with us present she sent him to he play room. The first thing that came out of her mouth to me and my ex husband was "I want to let you know I'm always on the fathers side and stick behind them verses the mother" in disbelief I said "ooookkkk" she then proceeds to tell me that the reason my son was behaving like this was because me and my ex husband was not together, mind you she is saying this after only seeing my son for 30 seconds, I then tell her no his behavior was like this before the divorce happened. Then proceeds to ask us if we attend church and why do we not attend and do we believe in Christ our lord and savior, of course I know this is a Christian based facility but was not there for that was there to discuss my son and his behavioral problems. Then proceeds to tell me my son is manic depressive....😳😳😳 how can you tell without even fully talking to him or us?? After much frustration she proceeds to ask me to stop the custody case I have going on with my ex husband, without even knowing what kind of person he is or what he has done, I told her no and that is non of her business. She told us that she was not able to fully meet with my son and talk with him privately because there was not enough time. So alllllll of his was said and done without even talking to my son. I would not recommend her to anybody and we will not be seeing her again.

Jydes Family Clinic is a clean and modern clinic, professionally run by a friendly and competent staff who try to be helpful. Sadly, Dr. Babalakin negates all this. I visited her twice for prescription refills after my old doctor retired, and quite inconveniently, had to find a new doctor after the second visit. From the outset, she acted very distrustful toward me, rudely asking for a urine screen before she'd talk to me. Having little choice, I agreed, and it was, of course, clean. In her office, she asked "why are you wearing a suit during the day?" Come on, really? She then picked up the phone in front of me and called a contact number I had given her and started interrogating them, insinuating I was some kind of liar trying to get over on her! I was aghast at her lack of concern for my privacy. Worse still, she simply refused to write a generic prescription which would have saved me $500 per month! I could go on, but these are the "high points," as it were. FWIW, I was not there for the treatment of mental illness. She's probably a fine pediatrician, but if you are an adult (especially a male) save yourself the headeache and find another doctor who is capable of forming a trusting relationship with their patients.

horrible experience. got charged around $1500 for a urine test which they never explained what tests they are going to do or how much it cost and also sends it to some shady laboratory (millenium laboratory) that does not have tie up with Blue Cross. Got more problems that i went there with. never got to Jydes family clinic.

Dr Babalakin is a Psychiatrist and after reading the rating comments all I have to say is she works with the Mental and Behavioral ill population.
Psychiatry is a Specialty Practice, appointments are scheduled out 30- 90 days. If you do not show to an appointment, you will have to keep checking for a cancellation. I have NEVER had a doctor of any kind call in any medications, and my oldest child over 30 years old. As for the father that lives out of state and wants to speak to a Dr regarding a child. HIPAA laws are to protect us from our health information being shared, I would be grateful that a doctor did not disclose my health info over the phone.

The doctor and staff were not cooperative in sending the medical records of my daughter to Social Security. The worse experience I've ever had with a doctor.

Great folks. Quite literally instrumental in saving my life and preserving quality of life for my children. Dr. B and Lisa were just incredible. Highly recommend them to anyone struggling with addiction or any other mental health issues.

The staff were nice but they didn't know what they were doing and they had me waiting for a long time. I went to see doctor B once and she was very rude! I have thick skin so I could handle her attitude but she disclosed private information to my mother WITHOUT MY CONSENT (or warning) and thought nothing of it. I should report her. She's lucky she still has a license!! I refused therapy from her or any of the other doctors and I would NEVER recommend their services. It defiantly did more harm than good.

Definitely a 9-5 doctor. My family member had been seeing her for over a year. when things took a turn for the worse I sat in on sessions with my dad and Dr B was very unhelpful. It wasn't until after the third session, and numerous calls to get assistance, that she gave me options for getting her help. one was to call 911 and they would call a 1013. She assured me that if I just tell them what is going on, they will take him to get help.when the police arrived they informed me they legally couldn't do that and that the doctor had misinformed me because they couldn't take him without a court order bc he wasn't violent.I tried several times too get in touch with her, since this was dr B's advice. she never returned my calls and had the staff respond to me. since the staff wasn't fully aware what was going on, they would give me advise that didn't pertain to my situation. I've never experienced a doctor giving wrong and illegal advice to the family's trying to help her clients.
