Dr. Shadid has truly changed my life! Words cannot explain how thankful I am to have made the choice to choose him, as apposed to the other pain mgt doctors in Lawton. Dr. Shadid is a miracle worker and I thank God for him every day!

I went to Dr shadid for nerve pain I'm neck due to compressed disks in 2018 and he worked wonders. I just recently went back to him for hip and lower back pain due to bulging disc and he was able to get me comfortable standing for long periods of time again. He's very friendly and professional.

Wait time average for the last 6 minutes is 1.5 hours, one was 2.5 and never less than 1. Very nice staff. His PA has zero bedside manner. Competent enough just no time for you.

The doctor's staff are so very rude. You can hear his staff making ignorant jokes about patients as they laugh. Or they are discussing all the patients health condition amongst each other. As you sit in the lobby, you can hear the staff outloud talking about patients and their personal private business. yep including me and the ignorant comments. You wait for hours to see doc, for a two minute appointment, with his other staff. There is another doc there too. He is ignorant, and your treated like scum.

I will never recommend this Dr. He is very rude. All he cares about is the money he makes. He does not care about his patients. Please before you schedule with him, see if there is an alternative.
