Unlike other person who rated Dr. Rogell, I found him to be very willing to answer questions. He said he wanted me to be sure I understood the problems he was discussing.

Most sucessful eye surgery out of FOUR different surgeons. He is not big onanswering questions, but he knows his work and I ended up in better shape with him over other surgeries.
