Dr Chang Hillman is a consumate professional. She is bright, caring and extremely knowledgeable about all matters related to skin and its care. Her office is lovely and a reflection of her dedication and attention to detail. She explains every detail in understandable terms; she detected my skin cancer and treated it with great xoncern for my well being. I am most appreciative of her skill set and her talent.

I went to see her back in December of 2014. She was terribly rude, told me I had a genetic disease, made me undergo unnecessary procedures, and was totally WRONG. Never go to her

This five star rating below must have been written by her friend. The one star ratings are totally accurate, at least, from my experience. She walked into the cubicle where I had been waiting, glanced at my problem and walked out. I guess she wasn't in the mood to talk! The receptionist asked me where I want to pick up my prescription. On my follow up (yes, I actually returned), when I explained that I had a bad reaction to her medication and that I tried ringing her to find out what to do, she replied in an angry voice that she was not running a concierge service. I tried to explain that I did not expect a concierge service but needed legitimate advice on what to do since I had a bad reaction to the medication she prescribed. She shouted me down. I left and found another dermatologist who solved my problem without any drama! There is no shortage of good dermatologists in the area; why anyone would choose this unpleasant woman is beyond me. Givng her a one star rating is far more than she deserves; zero would have been more accurate. It's beyond me how she manages to have any patients at all.

I adore this doctor she's smart and gave the best exam I've ever had from a dermatologist. The staff is great and very helpful when I didn't have my insurance card. I would recommend her highly.

I can't believe she is still practicing!! Told me I had two different types of psoriasis even though a biopsy showed differently. She is really strange at times and can be abrupt and rude. Frightening would be a good description. You never know what personality will show up. I went to another dermatologist who made the correct diagnosis and I'm fine now. Don;t be fooled by her multiple degrees. She digs for info on other doctors in a creepy way. You have been warned.!!

One of the most condescending people I have ever met. Only cares about her name other then her patients name. She is a terrible doctor, it's one thing to have a degree and another to not care about your patients, gave me the wrong dose medication and tried to blame it on the pharmacy when they filled it as written. I work in the medical field and I have yet to encounter someone who slanders other doctors, and has the worst attitude of anyone I ever met. DO NOT GO TO HER. If I could give her 0 stars I would.

Finally a doctor who listens! I took my elderly father to her and she got him to let her give him a full body check. I was concerned about something on his face which was nothing but she did find a Melanoma cancer on his back. What a lifesaver! I will be back soon for my own exam. Very professional office and staff too.

THIS DOCTOR IS PUNCTUAL, RIGHT ON TARGET WITH MY SKIN CANCER SCREENING AND VERY BRIGHT. I DON'T WANT MY DOCTOR TO BE MY BEST FRIEND, I JUST WANT THE FACTS AND SHE GAVE THEM TO ME. A VERY INFORMATIVE VISIT. SHE GAVE ME TREATMENT OPTIONS ABOUT MY SKIN CANCER THAT I WAS NOT EVEN AWARE OF. OTHER DOCTORS HAVE JUST CUT AND BIOPSIED EVERYTHING WITH MY HISTORY. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE OFFICE AND THE VISIT.

Dr. Hillmann is the best dermatologist I have been to. She immediately diagnosed my condition and gave me a complete list of treatment options. She is extremely well trained and knowledgeable. I began began to see results soon after the treatment was started. I had been to other dermatologists who were unable to diagnose my condition. She is also a great internist and I trust her completely for my medical care.
