had injections the staff was very thoughtful and helpful. Dr de lara was very nice

Dr de Lara discharged me wit a false positive on a urine screen and I was willing to give him another as well as a hair follicle, but he wanted a reason. He did not taper me off properly and took me from 120 opals and 30 methadone to 60 methadone. That's not a taper and Very dangerous. People be warned of him he only cares about his pocket not your health.
