I have tried out several different Chiropractors in trying to find the best one to fit my needs. Dr. Heater is by far the best one I have ever seen. Not only has he been able to help me with my long term migraines, but you can tell that he truly cares for each and every patient that he has. The office is very clean and his assistant always greets you with a smile. I would recommend Dr, Heater to anyone wanting real results!

My coworker and i went to Dr. heater for back and shoulder pain.. we both have the same insurance thru our work Blue Cross Blue Shield.. We called ahead of time to make sure they were in network.. they said they were (at the time) then come to find out he was really out of network.. they messed up all of our bills...while he said he was out of network and his billing gals screwed it all up..he said he was just going to eat that money up but we would have to come in for every visit so he could have our deductable money.. meanwhile before all of this went down.. he said after we had meet our $500 deductable with him we would just have to pay $25 a visit.. that never happened.. i would not recommend him to anyone!

I saw Dr. Heater for numbness in my hand and arm caused by 2 herniated disces in my neck. After several treatments, the numbness went away however I experienced severe pain that I never experienced before and his response was, "that is good, it is healing". I called my doctor and had him order an MRI which in turn was sent to a neuro surgeon and he said that absolutely the chiropractor did not help, but made my condition worse. He sent me to a physical therapist who was actually able to relieve my numbness in 4 treatments. Another problem I had with Heaters office is that according to them my insurance is out of network and has not paid. HMM. I have 2 insurances, both BCBS, one through my school district employer an HMO, and the other through my wife, BCBS Federal. I find this queer that Heater's office claims that they are out of network because I have never even had to pay a copay any where before. I would not recommend their services to anyone.
