Dr. Cook has been assisting me with my smile for many years now. He is highly educated, very well trained, and creates an expectation that is easy to understand and follow. He advises on a very easy system to employee on a daily basis with immediate results that last. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the DE area for top notch service and professionalism. They have a state of the art office with integrated technology that allows for a level of product unmatched in this market place. The office is conveniently located, parking is always available and the office staff greets with friendly smiles and client name recognition. Fees are very reasonable and most insurance providers are accepted. You shall not be disappointed!

I have been going to Dr. Cook since I was a little girl. The hygienists are always helpful and very friendly. The office has been redone and looks great(and very clean)! The staff is professional and Dr. Cook is thorough and knowledgeable and has taken great care of my teeth over the years. I would definitely recommend a new patient to visit Dr. Cook.

Very very rude, they always want to schedule me for 6month checkups which is fine, but the last one slipped my mind since I was very busy (it is christmas time!). They called me a half hour after my appointment and asked me where I was? I said I'm sorry I completely forgot about it. She got very rude and disrespectful. I mean what am I going to do, hop in a time machine and travel back 30 minutes ago? I said I was sorry, what more can I do and she's like alright fine and slams down the phone. Ummm hello, I'm a customer, it's not like you've been waiting all day for me to come in. I don't like being talked to like I'm a piece of crap so you just lost a customer and I will highly highly not recommend your****ty office to any of my friends or family again.

Office staff needs to get a grip. They are so unprofessional & rude. They talk about each other in earshot of patients. Office setting is tacky. They will take a payment without giving you a itemized bill.

I have been a paitient of Dr. Jeffs for years and never have I once been displeased, upset, or in question after leaving the office or receiving a bill. I admit, he has his own style about him, but a style that should be appreciated. The girls in the office are amazing. They always are professional and do everything in their power to take care of you, both at the desk and in the chair. I find it hard to believe that I am the only paitient who after having many cavities filled, two root canals and sometimes not so faithful cleanings,( my fault) that I am alone in seeing Dr. Jeff as a great dentist. I personally have reffered many people to his office when they are looking for a dentist.

PART ONE: This was a very bad experience. I had a tooth ache, but no dental insurance. Dr. Cook said the tooth was not too bad, a previous filling (one he put in years ago) had fallen out and the tooth was infected. He gave me an antibiotic and had me return in one week. He then re-filled the tooth. The next day my tongue hurt from a cut I am not sure how I got. The tooth hurt too and became much worst. After a week and a half of pain that got steadily worst, I was told to come to the Middletown office. Another x-ray was taken and he recommended a root canal or extraction as the tooth was abscessed. I could not afford the root canal and opted to have the tooth removed. He scheduled this for the following Tuesday in Christiana office at 11:30am.

I had been going to this doc for 15 years. He always did great quality work on my teeth. But, he is always running behind and I feel the dental techs do not clean teeth very well. They use to clean them very well but the last 5 years they hired a lot of young techs and they just weren't very good. Also, very outdated as previous comments have mentioned. I have since switched dentists so I can get my teeth the cleaning I want.
