Took my daughter to see him. He was "very concerned" that she had a blood clot in her lung and recommended a CT scan w/contrast. He refused to give us a script despite his concern and insisted we go through the ER. He basically washed his hands of my daughter's care. We did not want to go to the ER but he had us extremely worried so we wasted 6 hours there. The ER doc decided a CT scan was not warranted. We will be following up with a different pulmonologist to say the least. Dr. Kiselak's nurse is a fairly miserable person. I was not at all impressed by the Putnam Hospital ER or its staff, with the exception of the young male tech who drew my daughter's blood and did her EKG.
