The clinic was instrumental in helping me thru my back pain. I have had 3 back surgeries & was looking for a different option. The staff were empathetic & knowledgeable. Dr R Nusbaum was upfront from the start & took the time to explain the treatment offered & the options. He was determined to get a positive outcome & was very understanding throughout the treatment. He truly cared!

I originally came to Dr. Ron and his team after having tried pretty much everything else including physiotherapy and massage. It turns out my back condition was much more serious than originally thought.

Thanks to the treatment program at Back Clinics Of Canada, over a period of weeks, my condition steadily improved. In time I was able to not only resume my regular daily activities; I was even able to return to triathlon competition and scuba diving.

In short, I got my life back. Thank you BCOC!

When I initially visited Dr.Ron at the Back Clinics of Canada I was looking for a permanent solution to the chronic back pain I bad been dealing with for 5 years. I had tried many other types of treatment including massages, osteopaths, chiropractors, acupuncture, physio and shock therapy. However, none of these worked. When I came for my intial visit with Dr Ron he was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and patient in explaining the issue with the herniated discs in my lumbar region and explained how his specially designed treatment would benefit me. I began treatment immediately and experienced immediate results. Dr. Ron truly cared and displayed an insterest about my treatment and was committed to getting me back to being 100%. His staff are incredibly kind and professional and put me at ease throughout the whole process. Before treatment I was in agonizing pain while sleeping, getting in and out of my car, sitting at work, sitting on the toliet and most of my days were defnined by the pain I was experiencing. After treatment I have made a full 180 and am able to get through my day pain free. I am truly thankful for the Back Clinics of Canada, Dr Ron and his staff to getting back to being pain free. I would highly reccomend Dr Ron and The Back Clinics of Canada to anyone with chronic back pain looking for a permanent solution.

Back Clinics of Canada, Dr. Ron Nusbaum and his staff have exceeded my expectations as a patient. I was faced with a future of pain and discomfort resulting from a back injury and Dr. Nusbaum and his team were able to help and give me hope that I dont have to deal with pain any longer or have the threat of surgery lingering. My lower back has never felt so good. Im able to exercise again and enjoy the things I used to enjoy without issue. Im happy that I found them and they will be part of my maintaining a healthy relationship with my back! They truly care about their patient and anyone who suffers from a herniated disk should at least visit and get an opinion from them before any major decisions.

Dr Ron is a caring and compassionate doctor. He truly cares about his patients and listening to their concerns to optimize their treatment plan. I would highly recommend Dr Ron to anyone who is struggling with back pain. He offers a unique program unlike any other chiropractors I’ve seen. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends. His office staff are also very caring and friendly.

Very experienced and kind doctor and knowledgeable staff. The clinic is very clean and organized and the treatment system designed by Dr. Nusbaum is very unique and targets the cause of your pain. The doctor personally allocates significant time for your initial consultation appointment to discuss your diagnosis, MRI results and what the best course of treatment is for your pain, which is very appreciated as most doctors often rush when speaking to patients, but that is not the case at this clinic. The clinic operations are smooth and staff are always punctual and cater to individual needs when booking appointments. A great medical establishment to say the least.

Dr. Ron was great in treating my back! I had suffered a herniated disc and a couple bulging discs which were causing severe sciatica. Dr. Ron had helped take the pain back to near pre-injury levels, and I am hoping for some continued treatments to ensure the pain stays away long term. I cannot thank Dr. Ron and his incredible staff enough for all their help. Each member of his staff are extremely pleasant, attentive, and caring.

I haven’t completed my full treatment yet but I feel a big difference already with pain and flexibility. I’m pretty sure that I will feel even better when I’m done all my treatments and stretches.

Prior to meeting with Doctor Nusbaum, I was suffering from tremendous back pain that initially started as a minor irritant, but eventually devolved into full blown sciatica which would NOT GO AWAY. I couldn't stand, sit, sleep, and with 4 kids, a beautiful wife and demanding career my quality of life was in the toilet.

When I first met Dr. Nusbaum, I was skeptical as the options presented by my various doctors and walk-in clinics was medicine to mask the pain, and to be put on a waitlist for eventual surgery. Doctor Nusbaum spent time explaining the mechanics of why my back pain was occurring, and utilized diagnostic images to detail how his treatment system would help improve my level of pain.

I agreed to start treatment immediately, and with the help of his very friendly staff, I started noticing a reduction in pain almost immediately, and within a week I was actually experiencing no pain at all for the first time in years. Dr. Nusbaum was always present for my treatments, and answered the many questions I had.

On a personal level, Dr. Nusbaum has a very jovial demeanor, and I enjoyed some back-and-forth banter during my treatments that alleviated some of the tension and apprehension I generally get when I'm at a medical clinic. The Beatles playing in the waiting room also helped.

I've noted that many of the complaints about Dr. Nusbaum being focused on money, but ultimately he is running a business. From my perspective,, we have half or more of our income taken by government taxation for a healthcare system that did not provide any relief for me. The treatment I paid for, and received, completely returned me to a state of existence I thought was no longer possible; a state of being pain free. That was worth every dollar, and my only regret is I waited so long before I sought Dr. Nusbaums help.

I am forever greatful to Dr. Nusbaum, being able to sleep, exercise, or do whatever without pain is priceless and I'm so glad I had took the opportunity to have him help me fix my back. I'm 9 months out of treatment, and my pain is still gone!
