Dr. Sobhani approaches everything, including patient care, from a black-and-white perspective. Either you are a good, on-time patient, who knows not to talk and only listen to her interpretations (painfully simplified and long-winded). Or, if you happened to be there on time but got checked in 2 minutes late due to receptionist issues, you will get an intolerance lecture about punctuality, and she will probably be rude and dismissive for the remainder of the appt. Appointments run like a 15-min med checks, but she is not so much checking-in (with you) as she is invested in talking over you if you say anything other than "Fine. I'm doing great." Total lack of communication skills, accusatory, extreme, polarized reactions and affect, impulsively judgmental--I do not recommend this doctor, especially if you expect your practitioner to care about your health and personal concerns. I will never go to Zia BH again.

Saw this doctor for specific testing, which she does not do. Obviously did not read information given to Zia and had she the appointment should have never taken place. In addition referrals given for the testing I sough all turned out to also not do the testing. Does not return phone calls in my follow up. Does not seem to care about patient care, just wasting patients time.
