Horrible and unprofessional... how can a doctor tell you your prescription is one thing and then writes something different. When confronted he looked puzzled.

doctor wrote one prescription...I misplaced it (I thought) and asked him to fax a copy to the place I ordered my glasses. I ended up finding my script in the process and the one he fax did not match what he originally wrote!! When I called and question them, the office gave me a run around story. I finally speak with the office manager who tells me to come back in and be reevaluated. She said I wouldn't be charged. I agree to go back in. Not only did they charge me, but the script was different again. We aren't talking a little difference....a huge difference. I switched to a new doctor.
