several weeks ago I saw Dr M.Adams for a torn rotorcuff, I asked him if he would treat this agressively, he said yes, gave me a shot in the arm and an app for 4 weeks, the next day the pain wa back and I went to the Dr's ofice and was told he wuld not be in for 2 weeks, I asked if ther were any orders in my file, (i.e. MRI, Medications, etc) I was told no. The office manager called the Dr and I was told, without asking that "i'm not getting any medications". I have tried unsuccessfully to get another appointment with him and was STONEWALLED by his staff, I then asked for a copy of my medical records and within a few days recieved a letter from this Doctor saying he will not treat me again, but left me a 30 day window if I did need him. Today I called for that appointment and ws denied again another appointment. Also made any/all legal complaints and am about to ligitate this matter after all the facts and answers are in.. His staff is the worst I have ever met.I hope he isnt invol
