I'm giving Dr. Lee a 1 star board because of the horrible Botox treatment that I had by him some time ago. My results were aesthetically BAD. My eyebrows dropped and I had a tremendous sens of heaviness in my forehead that affected the quality of my day-to-day life. It was so bad that I had to push my forehead up with my hand just to get some relief. I don't know how he is as a surgeon, but in my opinion, Dr. Lee has not mastered the art of Botox injections, and I would not recommend him for this particular treatment.

Dr.Lee is a very amazing surgeon! I got a nose job about one month ago with him and honestly, it was the greatest decision of my life. He’s so talented, kind and makes you really comfortable! I was very anxious at first because of all the process and everything about the nose job, but then, Dr.Lee said to me that everything’s going to be fine and that the procedure is going to be so easy.. and it was true! I’m so grateful for having to met him and being one his patient, I totally recommend this surgeon to everybody! If you want to do a nose surgery, go see Dr.Lee, he really is a talented surgeon!

Dr. Lee is professional, kind and highly skilled. I went to see him for belkyra, he made sure that I was well informed. His injection technique was very gentle and did not hurt. Really wonderful belkyra experience and look forward to getting another belkyra treatment with Dr. Lee. I highly recommend

I visited Dr. Lee clinic after finding him online. And already with the before/after pictures of treated patients, I was convinced of his expertise. From the front desk, Rebecca is such a nice welcoming lady and Dr. Lee saw my nervousness and put me at ease roght away by explaining my differents options and ran me through the whole procedure with clear explanations. I did injectables for my nose and im very satisfied & pleased with the results honestly he exceeded my expectations.
I surely will go back for more procedures. :))

I saw Dr. Lee for Botox and Dysport. Dr. Lee is an incredible doctor; he explains every step he takes and is very genuine. I felt I was taken care of, and he answered every question I had about the procedures. He listened to me and gave excellent feedback, which I found made my results amazing. Overall, I had a wonderful experience; I felt he was very professional, cared, and listened to me. I plan to go back to see him for other procedures.

15 months after my double mastectomy with nipple grafts, and I'm still struggling. Lee refused to insert drains that would've stopped fluid build-up from occurring. The fluid build-up in my chest was severe and traumatic, my chest swollen, bruised, and in pain, one side growing to just about B cup size, the other to a D+, which caused difficulties with healing the scars of the incisions and of the nipple grafts through stretching the skin. Went to the ER who did little to nothing themselves. My family doctor was alarmed, immediately referred me to a local surgeon. The first round of draining took a month just to get the worst of it down. Three seromas all in all, two in the left side of the chest and one the right. The one on the right finally healed a year after the surgery, but the other two just keep on refilling after every draining with no signs of stopping.

When all this started, I e-mailed he office of Dr. Lee for any kind of advice or statement; all I was told was to keep going to get it drained. That's all I got from him. The office said to e-mail him once everything was healed and was ok. It's still not ok. This doesn't seem to bother either him or the office, as they have not been in touch since.

Before surgery, his attitude was rude and dismissive, I felt reduced to just a slab of meat he was prodding and inspecting, talking out loud to himself about what he'd have to do; I thought he wanted me to confirm / answer, but everytime I so much as said "ok" or "sounds good", he'd shush me like I was a child or a disobedient puppy, saying something to the effect of, "the words I'm saying are for my own reference, don't say anything". I stood there, awkwardly, while he treated me like I wasn't even there.

He said he wasn't sure whether he could make two incisions (the ideal) or had to do one straight one across the chest, that he'd only know this during the surgery, but that he'd explain how everything went and give me advice on aftercare after the surgery, assuring me he'd visit me afterwards.

Of course he didn't. I spoke to the GIC nurses and they all said he wasn't coming. I asked if he had left any note, whether he'd made two incisions or one - the nurse checked the notes, saying, "no, it doesn't say", adding, in a well-intentioned but very much tone-deaf chipper tone: "look at it this way, when you're allowed to remove the bandages, you'll get to see for yourself! It's like waiting for Christmas!"

No. No. A surgeon not making notes of what he did during a surgical procedure and I, as a patient, not being able to find out nor get in touch with him to ask, is not "like waiting for Christmas." It's beyond unprofessional and concerning.

He'd said that there were risks involved with the nipple grafts, and I was aware of that, but said they look fine and it shouldn't be too much of an issue. You can guess where this is going. The one on the left is all areola, no actual nipple. The one on the right is a knot of scar tissue a few shades darker than the areola on the left. Neither has regained sensation, but that's probably bleakly enough for the best, as that makes them ideal sites for the needle during seroma fluid draining sessions.

So yeah - rude attitude, thoughtless behaviour, does not keep promises, does not keep notes, does not keep in touch, treats you like a piece of meat, does not place vitally important drains (the surgeon who's been draining the seromas the past year has said on multiple occasions is a chest surgeon also, and has said on more than one occasion that he can't conceive why a mastectomy was done without drains. That I wouldn't be where I'm at if there had been drains), made a hackjob of my nipples. Fluid build-up that landed me in the ER. Multiple seromas, some containing blood. I'm glad to see we're on a downswing now, but do yourself a favour and avoid this guy.

The results of my breast lift and augmentation with Dr Chen Lee exceeded by far my expectations. He is a caring, thorough and talented plastic surgeon that always takes the time to answer questions and reassure his patients. His staff (Anne) was sweet and very helpful (and patient) when I had to decide the size of the implants. I am very grateful for their work and confident I chose the best surgeon to go forward with my surgery. My breasts look amazing !
