I have never been more disappointed in an orthodontist and myself for not reading these reviews before committing to Invisalign. He torqued a root out of my bone and took no accountability, was extremely dismissive and wouldn’t let me speak or explain issues I’m having. His staff were clearly not communicating with him as I’ve had some defective trays (like full cracks in them) and was never offered replacements until they were backed against a corner. Please go elsewhere and save your teeth.

Orthodontist Brian Trites is rude and treats clients like garbage. Speaks to you like you’re a toddler and makes assumptions about you. I had an appliance break after eating something hard, and instead of fixing the appliance he proceeds to tell me that I MUST not be wearing it properly and kept going on about how it shouldn’t have happened if I wore everything correctly. This isn’t the first time he has been rude to me, it’s happened on multiple occasions but this was the time that really got to me. The ONLY time he will ever be kind to you is at a consultation, once you start paying him he sees that as an opportunity to be rude.

Very long wait times in between appts, staff are friendly. I found Dr. Trites to be arrogant. His process was very long and time consuming without any results, I went elsewhere for another consultation and I am already seeing improvement. I would not recommend Trites unless you have a lot of time and money on your hands. They do not hold any accountability for malfunctions of appliances.

Never rated a doctor before, but warranted here. His staff are knowledgeable but the process feels like an assembly line and there is very little opportunity for parents to be involved (crazy, right?!). It's like a revolving door they see the kids and seem to avoid having to engage with the parents. My son has some challenges and did not consistently wear his rubber bands. I asked on multiple occasions for alternatives and they consistently said there weren't any until 4-6 months after I started asking they suddenly had an alternative that Dr. Trites said "they prefer not to use as it creates extra work" for his office (i.e. is inconvenient b/c it means we will consume more appointment times. In all their withholding of altenrate options which his staff was clearly trained to withhold cost me an extra $1000-$1500 and is incredibly unethical. Their office hours are also very limited in a business that by its nature has clients with a high rate of need for unplanned appointments - this means that the process takes longer for all clients. Front desk is friendly but always seems rushed and you have to ask for invoices don't expect them to send you anything monthly also you will only get summary of the payment with zero details on the work they performed. Using Trites feels like I'm paying alot to subsidize Dr. Trites' personal gains. They are on time with appts but that's about the only real positive. Do not recommend.

As other's have commented Brian is arrogant. His personality rubbed me the wrong way. I don't care how good he is at his job but I am not giving him a penny or another minute of my time. I took my kids twice and decided to see a different orthodontist before starting any work with him. Best decision I ever made. His staff on the other hand were really nice. Especially the main girl we were seen by. She was so sweet. I felt like she was always trying to smooth over and un-do any of Brian's rudeness towards us. His attitude needs an adjustment.

i have not had a positive experience at Trites Orthodontics. I’ve been having work done for a few years now and while some of his staff are amazing, my experience is usually negative. I have never given a bad review for a healthcare provider prior to this, but it has to be said.

He's an arrogant guy who takes little to no time with patients. He does;nt like anwering questions and is almost bothered to answer them. Staff is very snobby as well. Don't spend your money here.
