Visited this person one afternoon with my 90 yr. old mother once at the walk-in clinic in Val Caron. After looking at the clipboard in the door slot he addressed me with a question. I explained and motioned toward my mother who was seated next to the door of the room that she was the patient and she could answer his question. He repeated his question a second time to me and once again I responded "my mother is the patient and she is able to answer your question and I sat in a chair to the right of him. He turned to her, repeated his question and barely gave her a chance to respond because she began her answer with "Well..." and was slower in her response. Standing about 2' in front of her he altered his tone of voice mockingly and said (while aggressively wiggling his body from top to bottom directly in front of her) "I asKed YOUUUU a QUESTIONNN!" (hmmmmm....that didn't go over so well with me!) I got up and raised my voice much louder than his and told him not to speak to my mother in that tone and wiggled at him the exact same way he wiggled at my mother and said "and what the *ell is that!, show some respect for the seniors in this country!" (At this point he was speechless and looked dumbfounded) I proceeded to tell him "do not to charge OHIP for the visit as my mother did not register to be insulted or humiliated by you and I will be calling OHIP within the hour to voice a complaint." His behaviour was very disturbing and totally unprofessional. My mother looked like she'd just been scolded as though she were a child and most certainly didn't deserve this type of treatment. I proceeded to help her up on her feet and we left the silent office. It was the one and only encounter with this person, his rudeness displayed lack of patience, ignorance of social skill and displayed a huge lack of ethics. OHIP was informed.

No matte what anyone has says about this doctor. He is amazing. Always asked how i was doing or my daughter or my mother. He was sad when she passed. He just loved my daughter. Helped us out a lot. It sucks what has been done to him and is not fair considering I was a big part of everything thats happen. I dont believe none of it I know for a fact everything was a lie considering i was put in the middle of everything. You are an awesome doctor and a good friend. You will be missed but dont worry this isnt the end. See you soon Doc. xo

Dr.Nkut I can say he is a friend. He is a good man no matter what is happening. I believe him and my hands out for fighting the truth against a lie. It is almost impossible to fight these kind of lies. He is a man and makes mistakes, but someone wants revenge and it's too much that can't open there eyes. When I speak to him next I will gladly tell him he is my friend, and I will listen to his advice, because he helped me in the hardest of times and I will help him now if I had the chance. I'm saying a prayer for a good man tonight. C.C

I have had Dr. Knut for my family Doctor since he first arrived in Sudbury about 6 years ago. He has taken care of my teenage daughters and myself. We are often in his office and have NEVER had any complaints to his professional conduct. I find that he is personable, caring, considerate and has a great bedside manner. I like the fact that he remembers who you are and actually listens when he is spoken to!! That is a wonderful thing in a Dr. I have heard the rumours of assault that he supposedly did. I do not think this is true. I am an attractive 30 ish woman, with 3 beautiful teen daughters and we are all perfectly comfortable with him. My roommate also has 3 lovely teenage daughters that he has taken care of, we are both angered at the charges because we believe him to be an excellent Dr. and we will continue to see him as long as he has his practice!!!

He have me a script for a skin irritation and when I picked it up at phamacy the pharmacist asked what it was for they had never heard of it being used for that purpuse.So I thought there might have been a mix up so I went back to ask him about the medication.He got very upset with me and talked to me like I was stupid.then he tried to make me read the pamphlet in the box but there wasn't one so he took the box out of my hand because didn't believe me that there wasn't one in the box which there wasn't .Which pissed him off even more so he starts at me about how he wouldn't know how to do my job so could I know how to do his and if I didn't like it to go down the street to the other clinic.So I left feeling two inch's tall and very confused and upset. P.S. I seen another doctor and he would have never prescibed the medication that Knut did. So maybe I know how to do my job better then he does his.What a @#$!+*&^

I have him as a doctor and i find him annoying and extemely rude. My daughter and i go to see him for numerous illnesses like cold, throat infections, aches/pain and the only thing he thows in our faces is that our illness is due to being FAT. What kind of doctor is he to be so prejudice about people who are slightly obese?? My daughter is sick at the moment and refuses to go see him. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone unless you want your kids to annarexic or bolemic.

I have been seeing him for over 2 years now and has always been good to me. Yes he has his off days (i see him every 30 days) as everyone does and these people who are ****ing need to realize this...Be thankful this Dr will see you! Most wont! Also with all the addiction to pain killers, someone like myself with legitamate pain cannot find any Dr to help with the pain cuz they are all scared to perscibe them. Unless yur 80 good luck finding another Dr who cares!

Dr Knut is a competent general practitioner. Both my father and I are satisfied with him. His biggest attribute is his willingness to refer you to a specialist without hesitation. He tries to be accomodating and has a good sense of humour. He is from another culture and his ways are a little different but that should not cause people to bash him. As someone else said, at least he will see you when you need him and he provides a much needed service in the Valley.
