I'm a RN I work in Lake County and would refer any of my pt to Dr Sagpp. who is awesome, Kind, and knowable was able to repair my husband torn bicep , when we went to the first orth in St. Helena WHO GAVE HIM RX FOR MORTIN AND STATED NO ONE CAN FIX THIS. HE ALSO REPAIRED MY HUSBAND ROATOR CUFF AT THE SAME TIME.
