Dr Kroll's Office Manager was completely condescending and rude over the phone. It was simple request by the X-ray/ultrasound to receive a fax so that my mother could be seen that day. I explained that she was in some pain and needed to be seen. The Office Manager then had the nerve to give me medical advice to take her to the emergency "if it was that big of a deal." She has no educational background or legal right to give medical decision over the phone and when I made a visit to make a complaint she then told me that the doctor will be leaving and cannot see me. Worst patient care ever and would never have my mom go through that again.
