Be very cautious if you are receiving a crown from Dr. Konick. I am still suffering persistent tooth and jaw pain, headaches, sore glands, ringing ear after months. When Dr. Konick failed to return my concerned calls, I called the manufacturer, Kerr Dental, of the cement system, Maxcem Elite Chroma, to ask if other people had adverse reactions to their product. I was shocked and dismayed to learn that acid etchants, which carve tubules in the tooth, should be rinsed off thoroughly after moments. Otherwise, they will continue etching. The technician told me acid etchants aren't even necessary because the cement is self-etching. After first agreeing to replace my crown, Dr. Konick's staff called the next day to say that she no longer wanted me as a patient, and I should find another dentist. Dr Konick was professional. Her staff was pleasant and helpful . Such a nice office. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Konick is a cheery person. It is obvious she loves her work. Took her time and explained everything she was going to do. I would highly recommend her.
