The office's efficiency has plummeted; the front desk regularly bungles appointments and can't even record them accurately. It's like stepping into a fast food joint or a derm gclinic, with appointments feeling rushed and superficial. Expect to wait a good 45 minutes past your scheduled time, only to receive a cursory, half hearted consultation. Dr. Kingsbury seems more concerned with cramming in as many patients as possible than providing quality care. And don't be surprised if she refuses to address your needs, forcing you to reschedule for another day. Her bedside manner is atrocious, varying wildly based on her mood, which often borders on outright rudeness. Prepare to be utterly flabbergasted when, despite scheduling a specific appointment for a particular service, Dr. Kingsbury conveniently feigns ignorance or miscommunication, outright refusing to address your needs. Instead, she'll insist there's been some misunderstanding about the nature of your appointment, forcing you to book another appointment on a different day for the service you initially came in for. It's a deliberate tactic to waste your time and money while providing minimal care. To add insult to injury, the office prefers cash payments, even for procedures that should be covered by insurance. They'll happily pocket your money without bothering to bill your insurance, demonstrating a clear disregard for patient well-being in favor of lining their own pockets.

Love Dr. Kingsbury - knowledgeable, professional and the PA staff is great too. The desk workers are hit or miss.

Super nice and friendly doctor. Answered my questions before I could even ask them and made me feel very comfortable. I went for a first time, full body check and she noticed all the spots I knew about right away. Would highly recommend.

She was friendly. But don't let it fool you if you need a real professional to take care of your skin problem. She jumped to a quick (and poor) judgement of my skin issue just by just a glance of my face, didn't take any testing, and prescribed medicine which only made my symptom worse. I went back and tried to discuss with her, she was like in a total rush and would not take time to check my reaction to the medicine. Very limited knowlege. Would not recommend.

This was my first time using Dr. Kingsberry. I needed a skin check and some skin tags removed. She was wonderful. Not only was she extremly thorough, she was engaging. I have a ton of beauty marks and needed to get 2 sent in for a biopsy. Her office called me in 10 days to let me know everything was clear and I was all set. After my visit I needed forms filled out so I sent them to the office via fax and had them back within 2 days. My overall experience was great and I though Dr. Kingsberry was wonderful.

Had my first appointment with Dr Kingsbury. She was very friendly and explained differences between moles, sun spots and freckles. She seemed knowledgeable, keep in mind my questions weren't that tough. She took a biopsy of a mole which I barely felt and did a full body check. The rest of the staff seemed fine, no complaints. She saw me at my appointed time, no long waits. It took about 10 days to get an appointment from my initial call.

Dr. Kingsbury is rude and has no bedside manner. God forbid your inquiries extend beyond 5-7 minutes because then she has no time for you and will ask you to come back, spend more money, and make another appointment. There are much nicer doctors that don't talk down to you and actually appear interested in your general health as opposed to how many patients they can ferry through the door in a day.

Told Dr I had a growth on face on Oct 2. Doc said it was acne. I requested a biopsy and waited 2 weeks for biopsy results which Dr told me on Oct 14 were normal (over the phone). On Oct 25, I requested copies of my records and read the biopsy report which stated results were inconclusive. Dr did not correctly take biopsy, and lab could not confirm a diagnosis. Now 3 weeks later I still do not know what this lesion is, and have had no treatment. Dr offered to do another biopsy, which means starting all over. Office staff not helpful in setting up follow up in a timely fashion.
