This was the most rushed appointment I've ever had. She literally talked a mile a minute as if she had somewhere else that she needed to be, showing no concern for my questions. The entire face to face contact lasted less than 10 minutes. I have no doubt that Dr. Toda is knowledgeable in her field, but unfortunately I walked out of there feeling like I wasted my time and will not go back to see her.
