This doctor is great! I feel very comfortable with her. She helped me more on my first visit than previous doctors have done in 12 years. She has honestly changed my life. I cannot thank her enough!

a wonderful doctor,learn alot through her about my thyroid,been with Dr. Kathy for 4yrs.,will reccommend her to everyone who is looking for an Endocrinologist.

When I was referred to Dr. Roberts, the 4th endocrinlogist I had been sent to, I had had type I diabetes for more than 20 years with blood sugars that could fluctuate between 35 and 500 in less than an hour. With her help, I now have healthy A1Cs and really extreme fluctuations are rare. Her knowledge is vast, her empathy true, and she has a way of encouraging to take on new regimes willingly and with confidence.

Dr. Roberts is very caring and really looks hard for solutions. She has given me excellent care when I could not get answers from anyone else.

You may want to choose a different doctor if you are not disciplined and your life not very orderly. This doctor seems to require perfection of both her staff (I saw what happened when one made a minor error) and her patients. I am sure she is very smart, but with her attitude, she will only be able to help those that fit into her little box of normal (or in this case, those with a "perfect patient" profile). Kurt is not a word I would use to describe her, self important, controlling and rude are. I have an extensive medical history and have seen many doctors. Most I would rate highly though a few did not serve me well. Despite those few bad experiences, I have never felt compelled to find a medium for leaving a negative rating for a doctor. Doctors are human too and we all have good and bad days. However, my experience with Dr. Roberts left me at a place where I consider it my duty to leave a note to those in search of an endocrinologist in the Williamsburg area.

The very first office visit Dr. Roberts did an ultrasound on my thyroid. She discovered nodules and did not like the way they looked. I had my thyroid removed and it turns out she was right. I had cancer and I am only 37. I am thankful to have found her because I would still be walking around with cancer in my thyroid and not know it...

A bit curt in her manner but seems to be very knowledgeable when it comes to Thyroid concerns. A little more TLC would be appreciated.

No compassion. Big Ego. Failed to return an emergency call to her answerering service after a bad reaction to a new drug. Would not bother to call me and than terminated the relationship after I reviewed the issues with her. Unfortunatly, she is the only endo. in town.
