My first visit. Dr seems very knowledgable staff was really bad. Tried several numbers most were disconnected, when I did talk to someone was told I would get a call back but didn`t. When I tried to call back got hung up on and then wouldn`t answer phone. All I wanted was relief from both legs screaming at me . Dr had ordered a prescription to help ease the nerves and it never got called in. They wanted a blank form signed that gives them permission to get medical records. I didnt feel comfortable signing it, it also said I did not have to sign it. This made the lady mad, she said I have to sign it!! I showed her it says I don`t have to sign it. After going back and forth for several minutes she stormed off. The Dr also ordered a x-ray and nerve study. In all fairness they may do things differently but I have always gotten those appointments on the way out. I was told we will call you. Kinda felt don`t call us we will call you. HURTIN HERE IN DALLAS
