Post-op visit for bladder cancer excision. Treated me like an inconvenience. Very poor interpersonal skills. Pretty typical for a surgeon but you can do better if you want to be treated with compassion and empathy.

I had a Rezume procedure led than 2 weeks ago. There was absolutely no information given to take home after procedure. It's been 12 days and am still producing blood and having urgency with very little rest. No follow up on the fact that i went into affribulation and am exhausted daily. Feels like i am being ignored.

Treated me for prostate cancer which required prostate surgery. He was very knowledgable and patient with my questions, and provided very professional service. Highly recommended.

i went to the ER at evergreen and they reffered me to Dr appledorn for an emergency follow up. His assistat refused to set up my appointment. Then yelled at me when i said you have to ita an emergency appointment and your affiated with evergreen and they say you have to take my emercency appoint. whe said "i don't care what evergreen says" i said "well you should they reffered me to to and said if you give me any guff to speak to your mananger" this **** refused to give me her name or the managers. And sends me to billing instead.I asked for both their names again and they wouldn't tell me and said the doc was booked for the day. i said thats BS cause they have emercency slots for people like me. THEY HUNG UP ON ME I HAD TO do down in person with teh ER doc from ever green to ge their names and complain. Evergreen will not be giving them thier buisness again and neither will I. thanks to them i have to sit in a with a catherder in utnill monday. NEVER AGAIN
