Very awful staff! Very bad patient service:
I just had a colonoscopy and endoscopy by Dr. Gaddam, I was attended to the hospital for few days, after the procedure I didn't get a chance to speak or see the doctor at all. The other doctor who admitted me to the hospital had prescribed me another Medicine (for my colon) that I felt might be contradicting with doctor Gaddam's prescription.

I called immediately his office to schedule an appointement to discuss the results of the biopsies and the outcome of the procedure and inquire about the prescription. they scheduled me an appointment two months later. No problem, the doctor is busy, so I ask if they can check with the doctor to see which medicine I should take? No answer, no one cares! if you are not in their clinic then good luck.

I called 5 times, I spoke with different people, they take messages and hang up. I expressed the urgency of my situation, and i only needed a yes or a no answer from the doctor weather to take the other medicine that was prescribed to me by my general doctor. Of courser Dr. Gaddam is the Specialists, so I finally got to speak with the Nurse, he said he will contact the doctor and get back to me.

...Wow, after waiting for few more days I started calling now to speak to the nurse "Danny" not the doctor. This was a mission IMPOSSIBLE. good luck he became more important and busier than the doctor himself.

I am frustrated a week has past and have not been taking my medications, I called the office today and spoke with a very RUDE lady named Claire. I explained to her my situation from A to Z, her answer was: "that's why you have to come to the office and make an appointment" I told her that I did and you scheduled me for June 22nd, and I just need a yes or a no answer from the doctor!! She said that's what we have available!! Baaam, very stiff like a robot no care for feeling and no understanding of the word "pain" or human soul.

I asked to speak to her supervisor, she said "THERE IS NO SUPERVISOR", then I gave up and asked to speak to the Nurse, she said he is busy...

Then I realized who I was dealing with "....."!!
Honestly, at this point, I felt this whole procedure that I did, went into waste, I am not taking medications, I don't know what the status of the procedure or the Biopsy is, I don't know what to do. I ask the community if anyone can give me advise. can these people do what they are doing??? is this normal??

I don't see doctors very often, but isn't there a minimum standard to medical care and customer service??I advise anyone, not to come to this clinic or see this doctor ever..
Honestly for the fairness of this review, the doctor was nice, but I don't know about how he runs his clinic and the way he does business. But his staff are bad, rude, careless, and lack human feelings. Very bad. Be Ware!!!! I've never been mistreated like this before.

Dr.Gaddam is the most amazing doctor I have worked with! He is nice, always smiling, has excellent knowledge in his field and made every effort to explain everything to me until I understood and always allowed me to ask tons of questions without feeling like I was hassling him or he was rushing me out of the office. I am forever grateful that I was so lucky to be referred to Dr.Gaddam. I have dealt with many other doctors regarding my crohns disease and Dr.Gaddam is far and away the best!

He is the most caring and empathetic doctor i have ever met! He takes time with you and listens. He makes you feel like your on your time not his time.
