Dr. Ossi's office is fabulous! We loved going there, my daughter was always happy to go. Everyone was so nice, and my daughter got her braces off at the projected time! Great service! We will be using them in the future!

I cannot say enough praise regarding Doctor Ossi. My older girl went with different ortho and I knew that when it came to my younger one, I had to find a different Doctor. I asked around my school where I worked at and by far, all parents who used Dr. Ossi said nothing but great things regarding him and his staff. Now that she is done - What a truly pleasant and different experience. My daughter loved going there. They were attentive and always on time. The staff was also wonderful! I even have my older one go there when she needed new retainers. Even she tells me they are amazing! Thank you Dr. Ossi and staff!

My results were so well that my braces were removed early. During the entire 13 months I never had to wait more than 5 minutes after arriving before being seen. This is a very competent and well run office. I highly recommend Dr. Alan Ossi.

Our experience at Dr. Ossi's was fantastic! The staff was always courteous and polite(even when I forgot my son's appointment!). I went to several other orthodontist's before choosing Dr Ossi. None of them impressed me as much as Dr. Ossi and his staff. the treatment was explained clearly from the beginning and was right on target. My son got his braces off today and he is so happy! I would highly recommend Dr Ossi as a great family orthodontist. I wish I had known about him when I had my braces!!!!

My son had his wire shift suddenly one Thursday night and by Sunday was in terrible pain. When we noticed his face starting to swell from the wire cutting into his cheek we called Dr. Ossi to ask him what he suggested we do to get him through the weekend to come in on Monday and fix it. To our surprise he told us to meet him in 20 minutes at his office! He was prompt, and quickly fixed the problem to our son's GREAT relief. Thank you Dr. Ossi for being so attentive and taking time from your family on the weekend to take care of him!

From scheduling courtesy regarding appointments to treating my son like the only patient with braces, Dr.Ossi and his staff make us feel like we are very important. The plan for my son's braces is exceptional- I frequently ask "why" and am never made to feel anything but good, his staff always patient and explanatory.All in all, we cannot think of anyone else treating our son.
