He broke my front tooth and five of my teeth feel sensitive too the point they will be root canaled sooner than later. (Three root canals since my treatment ended) He forced me into aligners I wasn’t ready for even as I had been missing treatment due to medical issues as I couldn’t walk or stand for a month and half. Refused to listen to complaints that since the day I put on Invisalign aligners, had been breaking in half at about the week mark of wearing them. Genuinely didn’t question what happened or do anything that you know a decent scientist would do after committing such an atrocity at someone else’s expense. He’s not a good doctor or person you can smell liquor on his breath. You don’t see the reviews of other peoples whose teeth he broke cause they took the 5,000 dollar non disclosure settlement. My review is here because I don’t need a 5,000 dollar settlement. However I needed my natural teeth and miss them and how they looked everyday. Think about the fact your kids smile, your smile is priceless before you step foot in this failures office.

Considering all the glowing reviews I took latisha for a cosultation. The doctor and his assisstant made her very self conscious about her profile. After we left she cried in the car. Very bad psychology . Needless to say, I was surprised and disappointed.

Choosing Dr. Ossi's practice was the best decision we made for our son's orthodontic needs. The front office staff is exceptional. They have extensive knowledge and can help with almost any question...plus, they're super nice! The finance manager was wonderful in explaining the payment process...very clear and accurate. The technicians are so kind and professional...they work thoughtfully with the many personalities of their patients. They do a fantastic job with impressions and adjustments...my son always looked forward to his visits. Last, but certainly not least, Dr. Ossi is absolutely fantastic...I had complete confidence in him from start to finish. Our son loved his braces and visits, and in fact, he was kind of bummed when the day came for them to be removed! The outcome was perfect...a beautiful set of teeth and handsome smile. Thanks, Dr. Ossi and team!

We had a great experience with this office for two courses of treatment, one for myself as an adult and one for my daughter. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable, caring and friendly. I especially appreciate that we never had to sit in the waiting room for long. Beautiful modern office, with free coffee & water. Plus a fun-filled free bowling invent in May. Highly recommend! Go for a consultation-you'll be glad you did!
