Stay away !!! He doesn't listen to you. Talked about everything but what the patient is there for. He destroyed my hand in a carpal tunnel surgery. Have had another surgery from another surgeon and unfortunately he can't change what Dr Novotny did because of scar tissue. I can only lift my hand 30 degrees for life. I'm handicapped and can't maintain my home and yard because of his absolutely terrible surgery. Find another doctor please!!!!

This doctor is excellant as he was helpful in helping me make sure that my finger healed has when I did injuried it by accident. He treats his patients with kind and respect. Just make sure to please be patient in waiting for him to see you after he has seen his other patients.
