Unprofessional and unlawful. Considering taking legal action.

awesome doctor! super cool and doesn't look at you like a crazy person like everyone else! and he is totally understanding.

My apointment was made in june 2012 witch was 3 months ago.I recived a reminder call the day before stating time of apointment. This was left as a mesages. When I arived I was told, sorry we no longer take your insursence. I then asked how long has this change been in effect. about 1 month I was told. I felt this was very unprofesnal. Finding this information at the time of my visit. DR. Wanrner walked up. He took no responably blamed ST.Elizabeth physicians. Dr.Warner said that it was st. Elizabeths short coming not his. I told him its his office. It falls on him to let his clients know if a change was made. He said he has no time to look into what insurence his clients have reguaidless of A change.I belive due to the cliental coming to see him for meds. giving this info at the time of A visit was bad.I would have found a doctor that took my ins. DR.Warner was airgent with his tone and seen no problem in the way I was not notifed. I belive this to be self serving behavor.
