I was very forturnate to have been referred to Dr. Sehgal at a very trying time for me. I am 45 and had a traumatic life changing event 2 years ago. I am completely grateful for the incredible dedication and support she has provided me. She has been an amazing therapist to me...Helping me deal with my trauma and guiding me to a road of recovery and healing. I am blessed to be in her care and am grateful for her services. I highly recommend her!!

Dr. Seghal was one of many psychiatrists we had seen for our daughter and are so fortunate to have found her. I would say she is part of the reason my daughter is here today. Not only does she take the time to get to know your child on a personal basis but she is so caring and can truly identify with them. She takes the time to listen to them and does not rush you out of her office if you need a little extra time. She is very knowledgeable in her field. She does not over medicate at all. I have many friends who go to other child psychiatrists who are there to just write the prescriptions and not once have I felt that way when visiting Dr. Seghal. I highly recommend this doctor and the office staff is also a pleasure to work with. I cannot say enough good things about her.

Dr.Sehgal is a very caring, empathetic and skilled pyschiatrist. I felt very comfortable with having my child in her care. She's made such a difference in our lives as a family unit. I have to admit, initially I was hesitant as any protective would be; but in Dr.Sehgals' case her physical appearance is similar to a teen-ager which I would take a wild guess and say that, it is due to living a well and worry free life. I know she is well into her 30's and has amazingly preserved herself in which she looks to be an adolescent herself. My doubts were remedied after one consultation session with the good doctor. She proved to be highly intelligent as well as passionate about child/adolescent mental health. She approaches treatment holisitcally, considering the family dynamic as a whole and using prescription medication as only an adjunct to the plan of care. This,unfortunately, is becoming a rare logic. Where as most psychiatrist I've encountered immediately start treatment w/ a pill.
