A few weeks ago my orthopedist requested an EMG from this office. They never called to schedule the appointment. I contacted my Ortho again, and their office called to get the appointment scheduled. I received a call the next day to schedule the EMG. I called this morning to confirm the appointment, and the receptionist in O'Carrolls office did not see me on the list for tomorrow, and instead of waiting for me to ask a question, she just transferred the call to the EMG guys voice mail. I waited for a return call, but nothing. I finally called O'Carrolls office and before she hung up/transferred me, I asked for a phone number. I got it, and called the EMG line directly. Again no response. It's possible the emg guy was with a patient, but their client service is horrible. They don't respond to referral requests and this is the second time I've tried to get something scheduled through their office. The first time, they never returned any calls and I finally got a neurologist in Ft. Worth that actually responds to patients. I don't know about the medicine, but the office is atrocious. Run away if someone refers you to these folks.
