If you value your appearance, your peace of mind and your money, DO NOT go to Dr. Mantooth. He provided me with Botox injections in my forehead that caused my eyebrows to freeze and my eyelids to droop to the middle of my pupils. I now have vision troubles and constant headaches. When I saw him to express concern, he was dismissive and uncaring. Two weeks after filler injections for marionette lines, I have numerous, large lumps. One week after the procedure, Dr. Mantooth claimed these lumps were normal and would remain until the filler had dissipated in a year or so. I contacted the manufacturer and they have refuted his position. Either he is ignorant of the truth or he didn't convey it during my post-procedure visit. I've been left with serious side effects that should never have happened.

I had my breast augmentation in October, the ONLY thing I asked for was for my breast to look fuller and up not necessary big but 2 months later my breast are just big n low like i never had surgery. Very unhappy w. the result, will never go to Dr. Mantooth again for anything. Now I'm stuck w this bad surgery for years!!!

Dr. Mantooth expresses no empathey or care for his patient's concern. If he makes an area he is sarcastic and will try to belittle his patients.

At the time of surgery, it was not this office or the primary cares fault,the health care provider gave them authorization to perform a moes surgery before I walked into the office and told them medicaid covered the bill. I asked several times to make sure that this type of surgery was covered and mandated and both offices agreed. Several months later I received enormous bill stating this was not the case. Whenever surgery like this is mandated an authorization and a lab test is done to make sure this cancer is not on level 4 in which it was not. This suregery could have waited until I had enough fund and was able to work out a payment plan. Because of neglience and being unemployed this put me under a financial crisis. Not a good situation to be under raising two boys.

I went to see Dr Mantooth for a tummy tuck and a slight lipo. He and the staff were extremely helpful and polite. That being said, my surgury was an epic FAIL! The pictures that they showed me are nothing like my results. My teenage daughters said that my body "looks like the bride of Frankenstein!" The "slight" scar that I was promised extends from one side of my stomach to the other. It looks like my body was stiched together like a rag doll. I went to a tattoo artist to see if maybe that could put some form of vine or artwork to cover the scar and was told the ink wouldnt settle. Im more self conscious now about taking off my clothes than I was before the surgery. I'm so sad and extremely disappointed with my surgery results. I really hope that this helps someone.

I also heartily recommend Dr. Mantooth and his staff. He did a breast reduction and lift for me. Answered every question, no matter how silly it might have been. Followup care was wonderful and the results were far better than I could have hoped for.

I had a breast augmentation and lipo by Dr Mantooth and did an amazing job. He was very friendly from the begining and I never felt he was rushing me. He took time to explain every detail. His staff is also outstanding. Linda answered questions for me almost daily in the weeks leading to my surgery. I emailed and called the office so many times I was sure they were going to get tired of it but they answered each question as happily as they did the first. I WOULD happily recommend Dr Mantooth to others. He was definatly worth the drive(over an hour) and the money.

This is a very good Doctor. Sat down and talked with me about my procedure before and after it was done. He answered all of my questions professionally and was very friendly. I would highly recommend him.
