He cancelled my childs procedure putting it off for a month becuase he would have to wait a month to get paid. My child is 8 years old, non verbal and as a consequence hard to communicate with. The one thing can get out of her is that shes in pain. Thanks fktard.

I'd like to start off by saying his receptionists are super great and very sweet. Dr Trinh however, is not. When I asked him specific questions about my teeth which I was about to pay several thousand dollars for to him, he doesn't seem to listen-- and answers in a short manner. He also seems very nonchalant. I felt like I really had to pry in order to get answers from him because he seemed very evasive and impatient when I was talking to him. I left the office feeling disrespected, as if he had other important things to do. As a healthcare professional myself, I don't think his mannerisms are very client-oriented. I've been going here for several years out of habit and its usually like this, and I've decided that I'm never going here again.

Dr T is great with people who are scared of the dentist. He worked really well with me and my panic attack inducing fear. He would always take his time and for me explain everything, for my also scared hubby he explains nothing and talks about music and stuff to distract him. He really considers what each patient needs as an individual. He isn't always on time, but his hygienists are. I don't mind him being a bit late time to time because I know that it is probably because he was calming down a terrified patient before me.

Dr. Trihn has been our dentist for 13+ years.He had always been very professional and staff has been friendly and helpful. When my daughter was 3, she fell off the couch and chipped a tooth. I went to a pediatric dentist who told me he had to take out her 2 front teeth due to root damage. I was ver upset and went to see dr. Trihn who was our dentist for a short time. He saw her, fixed her tooth so it looked like it never happened. She lost her teeth a few years later when age appropriate. We have been loyal ever since. He saved us money, heartache and damage to my daughters self-esteem.

I would not recommend Dr. Trinh because he is impatient and rude. I used to go to his office monthly when I had braces 4 years ago. For all of my monthly appointments, he was never once on time. One time I had to wait til 5pm even though my appointment was for 4pm. What's the point of appointments then?

Great with people with fear of dentist. Not overly annoyingly chatty but reassuring. Kind and considerate.

Has no manners at all. Rude to his staff. I went there for a filling the same day it came off. I never had that happened to me before. Maybe this office uses cheap material
