Talked way too fast while typing on the computer the entire time, never even looked at me, rude "know it all attitude" and used way too much terminology not easily understood...had to ask a ton of questions, and she acted put off when I asked her to explain what certain terminology meant. She acted like I should be able to understand the complex lab reports. Called after results and told me I needed to come in and then when I came in she acted put off by the fact I was there

I walked away from my appointment with her confused as to whether she had done anything to help my presenting problem. It was hard to understand her: she talked quickly and I had to ask her multiple times to re-explain something because I didn't understand the terminology. The reason I will not go back and see her though was because I felt demeaned by her attitude toward me, though I doubt it was intentional on her part. Her condescending attitude did left me feeling disrespected as a patient and a person.

My experience with Loretta Amitrano was completely the opposite of what was stated above. She and her staff listened well - a critical factor for me - heard what I was communicating and probed for more information when something was unclear. I was not only pleased, but excited to discover this level of medical care so close to my home. I feel I am in VERY knowledgeable, capable hands.

Not understanding at all. Did not examine my major problem at all. Acted very know "Know It All", about my situation,when she'd only spent 2 minutes with me.Not compassionate at all. Very mean woman.
