I had requested to speak over the phone with the physician to obtain a medical note regarding my care history but was met with an acrimonious office manager who proceeded to battle with me, related to me in terms that are often used to gesture towards African Americans and when I cautioned her to stop, she decided to hang up the phone on me. I was told that to see her for my request and complaint would cost $150

Dr.Acon wasn't bad, but her office staff & billing practices are unethical. They will charge you for a Wellness visit that's supposed to be no copay, and then change how it's submitted. When questioned, I was told "How we bill is within the scope of the law".

Great doctor. She was careful and understanding. What I liked about her she was gentle this is my first time with a woman doctor and it was a very good experience. the staff as well very nice I would continue to go back

Recommend this doctor!She treated me with cryo therapy 4 months ago for the condition I had had for years. And it worked...I cannot expressed how excited I am not to worry about that problem anymore. Thank you, again, Alicia!!!

Dr. Acon has a very nice, professional demeanor and bedside manner. She works quickly and efficiently without making you feel hurried. I liked the office itself too, looks neat and new.

I am very satisfied with my decision to choose her as my OB! Had a great experience. Dr Acon was very comforting and impressed me with how much knowledge and experience she has. She took her time during my visits and didn't hurry me when I was asking her every little detail about my and baby's condition. It was very important for me, as this was my first pregnancy and I remember how freaked out I was before coming to her office. Thanks Dr. Acon for everything!

I'm usually anxious when I'm at doctor's office, but Dr. Acon is friendly and comfortable to talk to. She's also very patient with all questions and thorough with all info. Extremely glad to find her as my doctor!
