I was in extreme pain and needed to be seen immediately. The front desk girl squeezed me in during my lunch break. The staff helped me in from my car and was extremely patient and caring. I am grateful for the care i received. Thank you!!

Had few sessions at Pines Spines and Sport.Staff & PTA that work here are nice.Unfortunately, the very owner of this place(Dr.Kustin)is not.On my first visit, he called me a baby, just as I expressed how painful my shoulder was.Not only is he rude when he talks but he's unprofessional and has terrible bed side manners.He's very loud when he speaks.Everyone can hear your whole history from the front to the back of this tiny clinic. The exam room walls do not go all the way up to the ceiling therefore everyone can hear what is being said even if you speak low.I had read bad reviews on him before going but decided to give him a chance since others left positive feedback.It was a big mistake.Not going back there & I'm sharing this story with all my doctors, friends, family,& social media.This so called doctor/owner needs to learn how to talk to people, accept fault and apologize if a patient is insulted,& most importantly he needs to learn that Customer Service is a must in a business.
